This pristine mountain / lake property joins TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) for
860 feet on Norris Lake. This valuable property, with a public boat ramp at the end of the driveway  includes a large year round running mountain stream, two springs that produce drinkable water and a rustic----sq. ft. house that sits secluded about ¼ mile off the main paved road.

The house is a 50+ year old 3 bedroom with kitchen, dinning room, living room and 1 bath (shower only) with views off both the front and back porch that you can only dream of.  A well supplies the water to this home & tastes as fresh as the spring water. The water has been tested by the county and was reported to be excellent drinking water.  There is an outside shower with hot and cold running water.

This beautiful setting also includes a --------square foot workshop (made of oak planks cut from the property) and two log buildings that were used as a corn crib and a wood shed.  This property lies on the side of a gentle sloping hill side with several level building sites, approx. 7 acres of grassy meadow and most of the remaining acreage in hardwoods that is on a forest management schedule. About 10 years ago the larger trees 21” (dia.) and over were taken out so the smaller trees could get better growth. Some were perfect enough to be sent to Germany to be cut for fine veneer. These hardwoods have a high dollar value on the market and are due another cutting. These trees also produce lots of forage for all the wildlife you may see at any time, anything from rabbit and squirrels to wild turkey and deer.

The beautiful Norris Lake that borders the property has a surface area of 34,200 acres and 800 miles of shoreline and attracts people from all over the southeast.  It is one of the cleanest lakes in the area and has an abundance of fish such as crappie, walleye, bluegill, sauger, spotted, white, large, small mouth bass and hybrid stripe bass that get as big as 80 pounds and many different kinds of catfish including the shovel nose.
